Directions for use: Take 1 or 2 capsules, 1 to 3 times per day or as advised.
After the first few days, you will experience a change in bowel movements. Stools may become more watery and more frequent, which indicates the product is starting to work. This will reduce in intensity over the first week of use. During the second week, you should notice your bowel movements becoming regular and more firm, whilst constipation and bloating symptoms should be reduced.
