95% of orders arrive to your door within the given postage timescales, unfortunately the remainder can take a little longer. In the unlikely event that your order goes missing, please contact us. Royal Mail state they cannot declare a parcel as missing until its been our for delivery in the UK for 15 working days or for Europe/Rest of World 25 working days. If your order has not arrived within the specified timescale, we can then resend or refund and launch an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf, but not before the timescale has passed.
