Detox Tea Directions for use:

This weight loss tea blend should be enjoyed every other evening before bed, and at least 30 minutes after your last meal of the day. It may cause a mild laxative effect for the first few days. Add one tea bag to a cup of hot water (but not boiling), and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes before drinking. The tea can be naturally flavoured to taste with honey or lemon.
