The Detox Foot Patches are used on the feet according to the Chinese tradition of foot reflexology. Foot reflexology is an ancient treatment whereby different areas on the soles of the feet relate to glands, organs, and other parts of the body. Detox Foot Patches Directions For Use:

First ensure the foot is clean and apply the patch before going to bed. Simply use 1 patch on each foot every night for 5 consecutive nights. 10 patches are sufficient for a 5 day programme. Open a sachet and remove the backing from the adhesive sheet. Position the patch on the sole of the foot and smooth the sheet down for greater adhesion. Wearing socks at night will ensure that the patch is not rubbed off. In the morning, remove the patch and throw it way. Wash your foot if it is sticky.
