use their size chart I was a bit sceptical at the beginning about this product as it is the first time I use a corset and I didn't know how it would fit on me and weather it actually would help me train my waist. To choose my size I followed the seller size guide which was a good idea! Accordingly to the seller size I fit a M so I ordered it. It arrived one day before and it looks well done and refined but when I tried it on I almost couldn't close it, it took me a lot of my strength and patience to close all the hooks. When I managed to close them I felt immediately more supported and straight although uncomfortable and squeezed. I used it for about three hours the first day and when I put it on the next day I could close it easily and I didn't feel the uncomfortable feeling anymore. I am overall really happy, I have been using it for about a week, also while exercising, and my waist has a slightly different shape, plus, it helps me sweat on the abdomen, which wasn't happening before as I hardly sweat there. I would just recommend to be really careful about the size. If you are torn between two sizes because your measurement don't fall exactly in one size range, I would go for the bigger rather than the smaller otherwise you risk not to be able to close the corset

i love it! just got mine and i love it! It was a tight fit but its a waist trainer, its supposed to be tight. I had to suck my gut in to get it on, but once it was on it was amazing. In a few weeks i will update on how well it works regarding the effects when i take it off.
