How to brew Chrysanthemum Tea:

Steep 3-4 buds in hot (not boiling, around 90°C/194°F) water for 3-5 minutes, then strain and sweeten with honey or rock sugar if desired for a fragrant, calming herbal infusion. This naturally comforting aromatic tea can also be enjoyed iced.
