1. Place one Oolong teabag into a cup and add freshly boiled water. Allow it to steep for at least 1½ minutes. For best results, cover your mug or use a teapot while brewing to retain more of the tea’s natural goodness. Once brewed, set the teabag aside for a second use.

2. When ready for a second cup, reuse the same teabag and steep it in freshly boiled water for at least 2½ minutes to extract the remaining flavour and benefits. After this second infusion, discard the teabag.
