6. Wrap with Bandages: Apply bandages starting at the lowest point of the body and work upward. Wrap firmly, but avoid making it too tight. Warmed bandages can enhance the treatment.

7. Relax in the Wrap: Cover yourself with a blanket or robe and rest for 60 minutes (or 10–20 minutes for face/neck wraps).
