The Bulletproof Diet
What is it?
The Bulletproof diet could be called an ‘upgraded’ Paleo diet. Basically it’s a high (healthy!)-fat, low carb diet, with 50-60% of calories coming from healthy fats, 20% from protein, and the rest from vegetables.
By sticking to ‘bulletproof’ foods, you have less chance of eating things that can make you weak and put on weight.
There’s no calorie counting. No measuring. Just eat until you’re satisfied and enjoy the benefits of eating good food: feel your brain, body, and hormones re-awaken, effortlessly lose weight, and gain muscle with little or no exercise.
The Bulletproof diet also incorporates intermittent fasting, where you consume most of your calories in a 6 window during the day. In other words, you would consume all of your meals between, say, 2pm and 8pm. By cutting down on carbs, your body goes into ketosis, and starts to use fat as it’s source of energy instead of glucose.

How to follow:
You should begin each day with 2 cups of ‘Bulletproof Coffee’, which is a mixture of high-quality, low-toxin coffee, grass-fed butter, and coconut oil. While it may sound nasty, if blended with a hand held frother, what you end up with tastes like a really good latte.
