How do brew the Vegan Diet Tea?

Our Vegan Diet Tea is to be enjoyed in the morning, as soon after waking as possible. Simply add one tea bag to a cup of hot water (but not boiling), and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes before drinking. The tea can be naturally flavoured to taste with honey or lemon.
