These diet pills that work fast, may reduce hunger pangs and therefore, help with your weight management  goals.
Consuming too many calories and too little exercise can lead to excess weight, however Actislim Platinum may help to lower your calorie intake and increase your energy levels as well as giving you a boost.

We recommend that whilst following this program you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and follow a light exercise regime.  You should try to follow a calorie controlled diet, cutting out high calorie food items and do not take this product after 3pm as this can affect your ability to sleep.

Only a 6 week supply is available of Actislim Platinum. It contains 84 capsules and is the equivalent to only 48p per capsule for £39.99.

Directions For Use:
As a dietary supplement adults take 2 capsules daily and orally.  One between 9am & 10am and one between 1pm & 2pm.  Do not exceed 2 capsules in any one day or take capsules after 3pm.  It is recommended that this product is taken after food and in cycles of 3 months on and one month off until your target weight has been achieved.

– Cayenne Powder Extract 8:1 25mg
– African Mango 10:1 Extract 25mg
– Green Tea Extract 20mg

– Niacin 7mg
– Black Pepper Extract 5.29mg

There are no known side effects however, if taken too late in the day the amount of energy you have may slightly disturb your sleep patterns.
What diet do I have to follow with Actislim?
None!  but a sensible eating pattern is recommended.
Do I have to exercise?
Exercise is advisable and good for you.
Will I have to drink more water?
It is always advisable to drink at least 2 Ltrs (8 glasses) of water in addition to your normal intake to achieve maximum results from this product.
