Kim, who is thought to be around 12 weeks pregnant, was pictured leaving her hubby Kanye’s apartment in a tight dress two days after her baby news was revealed. Some bloggers have speculated that weight conscious Kim has been wearing shaping underwear to keep her bump at bay a little longer, with one eagle eyed fan commenting, “You can see Kim’s Spanx through the dress!”
