Ingredients:
1 cup of low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 cup of blueberries
3 pitted and chopped peaches
1 frozen banana

Method:
- Place the peaches into the blender, also adding the blueberries
- Add the frozen banana and the low fat yoghurt
- Blend until a smooth texture
