Ingredients:

1 cup of low fat vanilla yoghurt

1 cup of blueberries

3 pitted and chopped peaches

1 frozen banana

  1. Place the peaches into the blender, also adding the blueberries
  2. Add the frozen banana and the low fat yoghurt
  3. Blend until a smooth texture
