Low Fat Dessert Chia Pudding

Recipe for a low fat dessert…


                                                       Chia Pudding






  • 250g Greek yoghurt (Total or Skyr- as these have the highest protein content)
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Meridian almond
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • Half a punnet of fresh blueberries/strawberries/raspberries or 1/2 bag of frozen fruit



  • Mix the Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and milk in a bowl
  • Cover and leave in the fridge overnight
  • When you are ready to eat it, mash the banana and add the nut butter
  • Stir through the Greek yoghurt mix
  • Either add some fresh blueberries/strawberries or defrosted fruit and make a compote as below:

*FRUIT COMPOTE: In a pan (low heat) put in the frozen fruit and a tsp of agave nectar/honey and gently heat through until the fruit it soft. Spoon the fruit over the top of the Greek yoghurt mix and serve.*
