Low calorie cocktails for the summer
There’s certainly nothing better than sipping on a cocktail while sitting by the pool or the beach, but too many of those high-calorie cocktails are sure to ruin your bikini body, so you have a couple of different options. You can completely cut cocktails out of your summer fun, or you can choose from one of these delicious low calorie cocktails.
Watermelon Fizz

Mix 85g of watermelon with 5 coriander pieces in a cocktail shaker. Then, add ice, 30ml of sugar mixed with water, 30ml of soda water, 30ml of tequila, and a squeeze of lime. Shake vigorously. Pour it into a tumbler and then garnish with a piece of watermelon.
Vegan Mudslide

Combine 30ml of vodka, 55g of coffee, 90ml of light almond milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract together in a cocktail shaker. Shake it or blend it for a texture more similar to a milkshake, and then strain it into a cocktail glass.
Skinny Sake Mojito

Put ½ a fresh lime with 8 sprigs of fresh mint into a cocktail shaker. Then, add 90ml of sake and 2 – 3 drops of sweetner to taste. Pour the mixture over ice and then top it off with soda water.

Pineapple Martini

Add 60ml of coconut rum and 60ml of pineapple juice into a shaker full of ice. Cover it and shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled martini glass. For an extra fun touch, garnish it with a twist of orange peel or a pineapple wedge.
Healthy Girl Margaritas

This recipe serves four. Into a blender add 235ml of coconut water, 60ml of honey, 1 sachet of Stevia, 4 shots of tequila, juice from 1 lime and 1 lemon, 6 fresh strawberries, and 225 grams of ice. Blend it until it is frothy and smooth, then pour into chilled margarita glasses.
Gin Infusion

To create this low calorie drink, put 1.75 litres of gin, a bundle of fresh mint, 1 whole cucumber, 6 strawberries, and the zest of 1 lemon into a large pitcher. Cover it and allow it to set overnight. The next day, pour it through a coffee filter and put it back into original bottle(s). You can now use it however you like, including simply mixing it in a martini glass with some soda water and a bit of fresh lemon juice.
Javatini

Begin with a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Add 2 parts espresso vodka for every 1 part coffee-mate. Shake together for 10 seconds and then strain directly into a chilled glass.
Honey Lemonade

Begin with the juice from 8 fresh lemons. Add that to a 1.8l pitcher with 235ml of tequila. Dissolve 30ml of honey in warm water and add it to the pitcher. Then, fill the rest of the pitcher with cold water and mix it well.
