Katy Perry adopts five-meals-a-day diet
Katy Perry has adopted a healthy diet that involves eating five small meals a day in order to get in the best shape possible before her impending wedding.
The California Gurls singer is set to marry British comedian Russell Brand in a few months’ time and her personal trainer Harley Pasternak has revealed how the star has been preparing.
“She works out as often as she can, she’s a busy woman but her goal is five times a week,” he told RadarOnline.com.
These workouts follow Mr Pasternak’s Five Factor Fitness programme – a five-phase circuit that works each body part for five minutes.
Mr Pasternak went on to say that the star eats five small meals a day, “each containing healthy fats, lean protein, fibre and a non-sugar drink”.
Last week, the Daily Mail suggested that Chelsea Clinton had been exercising avidly in order to lose weight for her wedding.
