Actress Jessica Biel is getting prepared for her wedding to singer Justin Timberlake by following the Paleo Diet to lose weight.
“It leans you down by taking the little layer of fat and water-weight off your body”, she says.
The Paleo or Palaeolithic Diet as its better known is the healthiest way you can eat because it is the only nutritional approach that works with your genetics to help you stay lean, strong and energetic.
Fans of the diet including the future Mrs Timberlake believe that by eating simple ‘caveman” foods such as garden vegetables, leafy greens, lean meat, nuts, seeds, carbs and starch can help to lose weight healthily.
