Jennifer Aniston’s secrets for a perfect body revealed
Those hoping to lose weight quickly and gain the figure of Jennifer Aniston should adopt some of the star’s exercise and diet secrets.
Jen uses a myriad of stretching and toning exercises in order to achieve her svelte-yet-muscular arms and legs, feature writer Julia Lawrence claims in a piece for the Daily Mail.
The actress also takes part in five exercise sessions every week – each of which are 80 minutes long and incorporate yoga, martial arts and cardio.
When it comes to diet, the Friends star has tried and tested a number of diets, including Atkins and the Zone Diet, Ms Lawrence writes.
“If she feels she needs to lose a pound or two, she will, occasionally, cut out pasta in favour of raw vegetables,” she concluded.
Jen appears in her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber’s Yogalosophy DVD, encouraging women to take part in the form of exercise while claiming that it changed her life.
