How your friends habits may effect your lifestyle
Researchers have found people are more likely to gain weight if they have fat friends and are more likely to start slimming down if there pals are leaner than them.
The study found borderline overweight people with slimmer friends had a 40 per cent chance of losing weight, while those with obese friends had just a 15 per cent chance.
This suggests we’re influenced by our peers’ lifestyles, so trying to lose weight with a group of friends could be a good approach.
