WHAT YOU WILL NEED IS:
– 75g Boot Camp Body Strawberry Protein Shake
– 180ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
– 27g – Porridge Oats
– 6 Blueberries
This brings our calorie intake for this meal to 440! Just the perfect amount to get you up and ready for the day!
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Measure all of the ingredients needed and gather them in a clean space where you will be able to make your ‘Pink Protein Porridge’.
2. Pour the right amount of porridge oats needed into the bowl you would like to have your porridge in.
3. Pour the right amount of Boot Camp Body Strawberry Protein Shake into the same bowl as the porridge oats.
4. Pour the right amount of milk into the same bowl as the porridge oats and the Boot Camp Body Strawberry Protein Shake.
