Eva Mendes reveals slimming secret
Eva Mendes has revealed the surprising secret to her svelte physique – bread and pasta.
The 37-year-old 2 Fast 2 Furious Hollywood actress said she maintains a healthy diet to keep her body looking trim but she refuses to cut out carbohydrates from her meals.
Speaking to Zest magazine, she said that she mainly sticks to wholemeal bread and stays away from white bread, white pasta and white rice.
"I focus on the inside out – so it's all about what I'm eating, how I'm feeding my body and how much water I'm drinking," Eva said. "I don't eat meat, but I eat a lot of fish and brown rice."
She added that she complements her healthy diet with a workout regimen that consists of three to four gym sessions a week and cardiovascular exercises such as interval running and normal sprinting.
Black Swan actress Mila Kunis recently told Glamour magazine that her knowledge of weight loss improved after she shed 20 pounds for her film role.
