Easy homemade beef burger recipe
This is a super simple way to make great burgers. They taste so good and can be frozen after shaping and then cooked whenever you need a quick dinner.
Serves: two people (two burgers each)

Ingredients
– 250g (9oz) extra-lean minced (ground) beef
– 1 shallot, peeled and finely diced
– 1 small garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
– ½ tsp dried herbs or 1 tsp chopped fresh basil,
– parsley or coriander
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 small free-range egg, beaten
– salt and freshly ground black pepper
– 1 tsp olive oil
