Dannii Minogue: I’m too busy being a mum to lose weight after pregnancy
Dannii Minogue has revealed that she is too busy being a mum to focus on how to lose weight after pregnancy.
The 39-year-old told Star magazine that her body is not far off how it was before she fell pregnant but that she still had a bit of baby weight to lose.
“I haven’t been exercising much. I haven’t had the time or the energy,” she explained.
The X Factor judge said that she has found the quickest, easiest way to tone up her body is through using a vibration machine.
“My friends noticed the difference in how I looked and it made me look forward to exercising,” she added.
Dannii told the magazine that she started to eat a lot of sweet sugary foods when she was pregnant and that she has been unable to shake the habit even though she gave birth in July.
A researcher called Dr Josephine Todrank recently revealed that a pregnant woman’s diet can have an impact on her unborn child’s sense of smell.
