Colonic irrigation benefits attract increasing number of people
More and more people are ditching their gym memberships and are instead enjoying the many benefits that colonic irrigation has to offer, an expert has claimed.
Many people don’t feel their gym memberships give them value for money, Caroline Danaher, managing therapist of the Ultimate Health Clinic in Limerick and Ennis, explained to the Limerick Post.
She said that alternative therapies such as colon hydrotherapy and colonic irrigation are not just good for "detoxification, rejuvenation and restoration of good colon health".
"They also may be instrumental in preventing the occurrence of disease," she added.
Ms Danaher explained to the newspaper that unhealthy colons contain toxins and that these can enter the circulatory system, making the body unable to properly metabolise food and fat.
"Clients’ sense of wellbeing is often dramatically improved with colon irrigations," she concluded.
According to the NHS, it is claimed that colonic irrigation can help with many conditions, such as back pain, multiple sclerosis, fatigue and indigestion.
