Charlotte Church’s diet secrets revealed!
Charlotte Church stepped out a few weeks ago looking fab having lost a massive three stone and her friends have revealed how she managed to shed the post-baby weight.
Mum-of-two Charlotte was photographed recently at a charity event for the Noah’s Ark Appeal, which raises funds for the Children’s Hospital for Wales.
Friends of the 24-year-old told Look magazine: “Charlotte’s always been proud of her curves, but when she gained around two stone after she had Ruby and Dexter, she’d moan she … looked more like a middle-aged mum.”
The source then went on to say that the singer embarked on an exercise routine and a healthy eating plan in order to get her pre-baby figure back.
According to the magazine, her average breakfast includes something like brown toast with low-fat spread or cereal with skimmed milk and fruit.
Her lunch consists of a baked potato with beans and a side salad, while dinner will be grilled fish, couscous and roasted vegetables.
Charlotte has been in a relationship with Welsh rugby player Gavin Henson since 2005.
