Apples: Kelly Osbourne’s weight loss secret
Kelly Osbourne has revealed that apples have aided her recent dramatic weight loss.
The celeb has been enjoying showing off her svelte figure in a variety of outfit at New York Fashion Week and told Life and Style magazine that she has overhauled her eating habits.
Kelly said that she has changed the way she eats since appearing on Dancing with the Stars, during which she lost around two stone.
"A trick I’ve learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep … like half an apple or something like that," Kelly recommended.
The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon explained that this keeps the metabolism going during the night.
This week she has been photographed in a racy black PVC outfit, yellow polka dot dress, a royal blue above-the-knee number and a girly frock in nude pink.
