Acai berry recommended to flush out antioxidants
Anyone wanting to cleanse their body and up their intake of antioxidants may like to try adding Acai Berry to their diet.
Zoe Bingley-Pullin, a superfoods expert at Nutritional Edge, said a better alternative to traditional detoxing is to start the day with a glass of hot water and lemon, but also some Acai berry juice or powder.
